About this service

This website lets patients reserve an appointment (a queue number) for a consultation or scan with Dr. Chaminda Mathota, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, at Sugabi Clinic, Ragama. It is not for medical emergencies — if you are unwell now, go to the nearest hospital or call 1990.

Booking and your appointment number

• A booking reserves a numbered place in the session queue; it is not an exact appointment time. Please arrive a little before your number is due.
• Your number is confirmed once payment is made online, or once a pay-at-the-clinic booking is confirmed. A confirmation is sent by SMS (and email, if given).
• Sessions and available places depend on the clinic's schedule and may change. The clinic may reschedule or cancel a session; you will be contacted and refunded per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• You are responsible for giving a correct name, phone number and (where relevant) patient reference. The contact number is used to reach you about this booking.

Fees and payment

The full fee — doctor, hospital and booking fee — is itemised on the confirmation screen before you commit, and that amount is what is payable. Scans and procedures are not booked online; call the clinic for those. Online payments are processed securely by PayHere; the clinic does not see or store your full card details. Amounts are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Cancellations and refunds

Appointments cannot be cancelled by the patient through the website — call the clinic. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are always returned to the original payment method.

Liability

This service reserves a place in a queue; it does not itself provide medical advice or diagnosis. To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for delays, session changes, or matters outside its reasonable control. Nothing here limits any right you have under the applicable law of Sri Lanka.
