Cancelling an appointment

Appointments booked online cannot be cancelled by the patient through the website. To cancel or reschedule, please call the clinic on +94 71 692 1921 as early as possible, and always before the session begins.

Refunds

• Where an appointment paid online is cancelled by the patient (through the clinic) or by the clinic, the doctor and hospital fees are refunded. The Rs 200 booking fee is non-refundable.
• If the clinic cancels or reschedules a session and you cannot attend the new time, the full amount, including the booking fee, is refunded.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• No-shows (not attending without cancelling) are not refunded.

How refunds are made

All refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction — the same card or wallet through which the payment was initiated. We do not refund to a different card, account, or by cash for an online payment. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 working days; the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Requesting a refund

Call the clinic on +94 71 692 1921 with your booking reference (shown on your confirmation) and the appointment details. Online payments are processed by PayHere; the clinic initiates any refund from its PayHere merchant account.
