What we collect

To make a booking we collect your name, mobile number, and — where you provide them — your email address, date of birth, and existing patient reference. For online payments, the payment itself is handled by PayHere; we receive only a confirmation and reference, not your full card number.

How we use it

• To reserve and confirm your appointment and issue your queue number.
• To send you booking confirmations and reminders by SMS, and by email if you provide one.
• To match your booking to your clinic record so staff can serve you on the day.
• To take and reconcile payment, and to process any refund.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the service providers who deliver these functions — an SMS gateway (Notify.lk) to send your messages, and PayHere to process online payments — and only for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Keeping it safe and how long

Booking and payment records are kept as part of the clinic's records for as long as needed for medical, accounting and legal purposes. Access is limited to authorised clinic staff. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
